Policy

To insure the availability of your preferred time, we recommend that you reserve your next appointment before you leave. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. All salon and spa services for 1 hour or more must be reserved with a credit card. Should a cancellation be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. On any late cancellations or no-show appointments, a service charge will incur for half of the service amount. We are always open to suggestions. Please let us know how to better serve you.
